Bought a window they installed it but did not finish the outside. When we called to find out what the plan was, we were met with absolutely absurd response from the wife. Complete verbal abuse, vulgar, and unfounded accusations for no reason at all. I would not let them near my doghouse....do yourself a favor and run!!!

The word to describe my experience with L&S Windows is HORRIFIC! DISASTER!I purchased a garden window March 23rd, 2017 to complete a renovation in my home. Shortly after installation, the first time it rained, the window LEAKED! Calls to Laurieanne at L&S windows have been met with hollering which was heavily sprinkled with the "F" word. I have contacted Crystal Windows which is the company that manufactures this window with no resolve. I was promised by one rep that I could return the window for a refund but when I followed up a short time later, I found this rep no longer worked for the company and they would not honor his promise to me. The other rep stated he has also talked to Laurieanne with no results and he can do nothing to help me.I paid $1150.00 for this window and want a refund because I don't want to do business with people like this. So, I am now contacting the BBB, the Attorney General's office and the WGME I team for help. My rating for L&S Windows in Lewiston, Maine is way below zero. I would like to hear from the others who have been scammed by this so called company.

I sure don't know why they got bad reviews. I have an apartment house and they replaced 12 windows. They were there exactly at 8am as promised, they installed all the windows and they were so thorough with clean up. I did not even have to paint any of the trim they removed even though I thought I would need to do that. I will be having them do the next 10 windows in Sept. My experience was excellent.

I would not recommend this company. A simple miscommunication and they make it clear they do not want me as a customer. Beyond being unreliable, they are unprofessional and rude. Was absolutely amazed at how rude the husband and wife both were. Think twice before you buy.

Agree with the above comment! This place is a joke,please save your money and go elsewhere. They are unreliable,unprofessional,and caused more damage than good! They were doing a roofing job for us. During this time they ran out of materials,left the roof exposed during rain storms,came back 3 days later to finish the job. Each day we had to call them to find out what was going on. They never would call us,communication was VERY poor! When they finally finished the job our ceiling started leaking right after. Sent a crew member over to fix the roof. He admitted he screwed up and forgot to seal an area. Never fixed the ceiling. Called back was told we're top priority. Scot (owner) came over to view it. Said they would re-do the area of roofing and fix ceiling. They started to fix the ceiling then never finished! Days later no call. Very sketchy!

They are crooks will do a poor job take for ever and cheat anyway scot can do not go you will spend more to get less

Very professional the job site is always clean and their outstanding professional people I can't wait they start doing metal roofs
