Head to Toe Physical Therapy is a privately, locally owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic located inside the Health Club and Spa on Route 196 in Lewiston, Maine. At our Lewiston location we offer Aquatic therapy in addition to Manual therapy with all of our therapists fully trained in all aspects. Benefits of aquatic therapy include increased circulation, flexibility, relaxation, decreased swelling, and many other benefits. Head to Toe PT is one of the only clinics in Maine to offer the use of the WalkAide system for the treatment of spinal cord injuries, MS, Cerebral Palsy, drop foot and other ailments. Because we “treat the individual, not just the injury” we provide our patients the tools and resources they need to recover. The state of Maine allows you to the right to choose your physical therapy provider; we hope you will choose Head to Toe!

I was pleasantly surprised by my progress just after a few visits. I have found it easy to apply what I have learned in my therapy visits at home- which is probably why I feel so much better!

I have been a patient at Head to Toe Physical Therapy on different occasions for different health problems. I have always been treated with professional and personal care. I wouldn't think of going anywhere but Head to Toe PT. They really know what they are doing and care about their patients.
