Horrible. Worked with Mike in October 2014 on setting up home and business ins.. Gave him all requested info. and he didn't get back to me. Made numerous phone calls and emails. Never got a courtesy call back. Office staff rude. It appears this man is always out of office or with a customer. I have been in customer service business for 25 years. The lack of customer service and professionalism is appalling. I will take my business elsewhere.
