My dad went to Big 5 in Lewiston to purchase a scooter for his grandson's Birthday.The person that helped him knew it was for a boy and when my dad was looking at the box it look like it had been opened and the person said it came like that from the factory so my dad purchased it and then shipped it to Boise (to his grandson) which cost him even more money.When my son opened the box it was for a girl and had been very much used. We are now having to worry about taking this back in Boise and explain the situation. My dad is very dissatisfied with being told it came from the factory taped the way it was and also being sold a girl one instead of a boy one. My dad is also out the shipping he paid...very displeased with the Lewiston store!!!
