They have have rules and at first was scared that my child wouldn't go back on her own. But she loves the Girl who does her teeth and can't wait to see her

I highly recommend this dentist for children. I have been taking my daughter there since she was three and have had no issues with billing or insurance. Michelle Yearick is a very good dentist. She works well with children and we will continue to use her services.

They have a $50 fee you have to pay if you accidentally miss your appointment without a phone call. Yes I understand it was my fault, but 50 dollars?!? Long wait times, average is about 15 min, but last time was over 30 min. I have switched my insurance. They told me that they take the kind that I have switched to and ran my cards. (We actually have 2 insurances) They said we were covered by the one for that but not the other... an insurance mix up. Anyhow they told me that I needed to go ahead and pay for the office visit and then my insurance would reimburse me. So the next day I call to find out what I need to do... they say that they don't do that. And to top it off they say that that dentist's office isn't a provider! So other than being out 50 bucks for my mistake, and 77 for theirs it's not a horrible place to take your kids. My daughters tolerated her well. Although we will not be going back.
