bought carpet through their outlet Oct 10, 2010 wrote a check and it took 5 MONTHS to be deposited. I checked on the status of this check in Nov. & Dec. and was told they were checking on it Idropped the ball because I forgot about it and finally on March 4 the check was deposited. Called to ask why 5 months later. They were sorry, questioned how the check wasn't deposited until then, They could not give me an answer as it was not company policy to answer the questions I asked. Makes me wonder. I am really disappointed with this situation and how it was handled. Just a warning keep up on your checking account.
