Friends suggested Kim's for flooring and I found the staff to be knowledgeable on all product fronts. The selection of products was more then adequate and exceeded expectations. The staff was in tune with my needs and even made suggestions that would benefit me for quality and economically. I would highly recommend Kim's to all that need flooring of all type. My daughter is building a house this spring and I will be using Kim's for all flooring needs.

Good selection for flooring. Better selection than most places I've been to. The pricing is hard to beat .

I don't understand these negative things people are saying. We have been dealing with Kim for 15 years and have only great things to say. There has to be more to these stories. They just completed an installation of our kitchen and living room floors. Prices were great, service was wonderful, communication very open. They did an amazing job.

Kim's carpet installed my carpet, linoleum and Vinyl flooring throughout my home. I had a runner in two rooms of my carpeted area. Kim came over to inspect the carpet and told me it was flawed and will be replaced, that was over 3 years ago, I am still waiting.
I am very disappointed with Kim and the way they do business.

very disappointed in the carpet we had installed. The tone is right what is exactly opposite of what we asked Kim for. We specifically asked for carpet that didn't change tone or get the lightness when you moved it and this carpet looks drastically lighter for that reason. I don't know if she wasn't listening to what we ask for or she didmt know the line of carpet would do that (im hoping thats not the case seeing as how its her business to know) when we were given swatches to choose from. We stress what we were looking for because its something that has to stay for some time. I'm about ready to rip this carpet up and cut our losses because nothing is getting done. And then I was asked if with the extra 3 feet of carpet we have would like runners or small rugs. I don't want this carpet at all let alone to see it everywhere else in my home. The guys who installed it did a phenomenal job but other than that I have nothing nice to say. I'm extremely disappointed and I typically don't complain about things but this is a big ticket item we were changing the paint in the room and some furniture to go with this carpet. That I had already purchased and now I put so much money into this room and nothing will go it's very aggravating.
