All I can say is AWESOME! I feel great after a light stretching session or a really hard workout. I have back pain issues, and the hot room and gentle stretching is just the ticket right now. But I will hopefully work back up to the original hot yoga classes. Instructors are great!

This place is awesome! I have practiced alot of yoga in alot of different places and Hot Yoga Delaware ranks right up there at the top. The Bikram style classes are taught with compassion and disapline and the Flow style classes that Holli teaches rock my world! There is a really cool vibe and students of all shapes and ages... plus there is plenty of air flow, so that you hardly even notice the heat. Love, Love, Loved it.
