absolutely best in BUCKS! honest and fair, does not give you a quote and then call and say "oh bye the way, it's gonna cost more" Rick is awesome - great guy! mechanics are all really great....and if you have a issue Rick will resolve it. $$ is not his priority, customer satisfaction is.

I have been a loyal customer for many tears. The service is top notch, the staff is great to deal with and above all they have always been honest in their assesment of my vehicles needs. I bought tires tat Penn Jersey ( somewhat relunctantly as I had always dealt with Tire City ) and I was blown away by the quality and how much of a difference they made in the ride of my SUV. I won't go anywhere else and if you have not been ther put them on your "to do" list.

Discovered Penn Jersey when I was looking for particular tires. Rick, the manager, gave me a fair price for the tires, and a very good price to install them. Have since had inspections there without incident. Rick makes suggestions but doesn't scam you. He offers alternatives. Have had Check Engine Light warnings checked and cleared without charge. it is a very busy shop, which has to indicate its popularity. I recommend it.

took my car there a couple of times and it is horrible! i got new brakes and roters and they put the breaks on wrong i did not realize untill my older brother looked at the car and told me. so what do you know a month or so later im. back at this shop and the owner Rick is telling me i dont know how how to drive because my rotors were done, and there is a idle problem with my car witch actually is very bad ( stoping my car is a nightmare) he says that some cars just do that!! ya never go there they dont know anything about cars and are very rude

My wife and I have been using Penn Jersey for 10+ years and found them to be great! The work has always been satisfactory. They tend to do the little things for free but do charge you a fair price for the bigger things. They have also told us when they did not think it was worth making the repair.

A neighbor recommended them. I wish I had never listened. I would not take my car there if it was a blinding snowstorm, my wipers broke and they were the only service center for miles.

I was there twice. They overcharged me and did not perform the repairs properly (another shop checked their work for me). Awful mechanics there. A friend went in for inspection with 2 brand new tires he bought a few weeks prior. They refused to inspect his car without replacing all 4 tires! They claimed that since they did not install the 2 new tires, they could not inspect them. Is this NUTS? The other 2 tires were fine, which is why the store I bought the 2 new tires from did not suggest that they needed replacement. When my friend was shocked and told them not to do the inspection, they said, "We will have to charge you the inspection fee and give you a failing sticker." My friend is from overseas, so I think they saw someone that they thought they could easily rip-off. Don't trust all of the "thank you" notes they have all over the shop either. Either they are from senile customers that do not know any better OR they wrote them themselves. Nightmare...
