The company also provides services for international callers. It is one of the industry leaders in the United States. MedCom Professional Services Inc. is a Call Center Certified (Gold Level) and also active members of the Startel National Users Group. It is the recipient of the ATSI Award of Excellence (Gold Level) for customer service excellence by the Association of Tele-messaging Services International.
