Hidden fees, didn't know until signed contract

I like Charter Fitness, because it is only five minutes away from where I live and the equipment is very up-to-date. The staff is very helpful and the club is extremely clean. I found my favorite Nautilus machines there. I have not seen such new Nautilus machines in any of my former health clubs. It is nice to work out in the community and be so close to home instead of spending time in traffic. The clientele are very work-oriented.

Very clean, no-pressure sign-up. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is clean and well-lit. I started going during my lunchbreak at work and could not be happier with the place. As the other reviewer cited - I just hope they stay around!

I love this gym, its clean and the equipment is new and easy to use, I love the easy way you can join and no contracts or pressure, I have finally found a gym I would love to stay with as long as they stick around, cute kids area too for mommies who like to work out.
