These guys are awesome! No doubt about it. I'm a 17yr combat wounded veteran of the USMC and because of this shop, I feel like my spirit has been renewed again! I have never been in any store of any kind where I immediately felt like family. It felt as if I had known these guys my whole life. Biking is not just a buisness for them its there passion and they want it to be yours as well. Please support these guys and I promise, that not only will you get great bikes at awesome prices, but more importantly, you will gain some pretty amazing friends in the process! GySgt Cox USMC

I just bought a $6k bike here and, while I felt the staff was knowledgeable and the bike will ultimately be ok, I'm rather annoyed that I'm already having issues with my new wheelset. The front wheel must have been hastily assembled to the bike; I flatted the front tire with less than 15 miles on it because a spoke poked through the wheel tape inside the wheel and caused the tube to tear. My local bike store found the problem Asap and corrected it or I would have kept flatting and never known why. I went out of my way and into another state to go to Bucks County bikes because they had in stock what I wanted or could build me what I needed. I won't go back there now with all likelihood, especially considering that I feel they do hasty work, for the little things that keep bike stores in business. They do have a lot of products and people on the floor and they were professional. I would just be wary that they seem to want to move product more and faster than they need to.

I'm not sure what the other customers expected from the shop, bike parts break and tires go flat- some owner care is required. I've been a customer at the shop since they opened and have nothing but positive experiences. They know the product and go to great lengths to ensure you get the right bike for your needs. The service dept. is prompt and up-front with what your bike needs and they always stand behind what they do, I think some people want something for nothing- you definitely get what you pay for at this shop- quality advice and service.

I recently bought a Gary Fisher Cobia recommended by the staff at bucks bikes and in less then a week the bike has a broken derailer and two flat tires. This store does not stand behind the products they sell. I asked the staff for the most durable bike they have and this is what the recomended obviously not a good choice. Guys bikes on street road a much better choice.

The best bike shop in Philadelphia area. I have bought 3 different bikes there and every time they treat me like family. Scott and his team know what they are doing. When I bought my road bike Scott took over 2 hours to make sure the bike fit and that I knew everything about it. I am so glade I found this shop and will never go anywhere else for my biking needs! Trust me when I say you will not regret going.

Great store with great service. They turned my bike around in 24 hours right before the MS-150 when no one else could, but figured out what some annoying noise was that 2 other places couldn't pinpoint.

Took my bike there for a funny noise. Went to the back as directed. A young man was there laying on a couch watching the tour de France. He did not seem interested in knowing what the problem was but just told another guy to write for a gear adjustment. He was not interested in even hearing the problem. Needless to say the problem was not fixed and I was charged $25 for nothing. The guy on the couch seemed to be the boss which is even more disturbing!! He did not miss a turn of the race !! I guess that is most important!!! Rich Guanga of Levittown
