I have shopped at other mystique's and have always had a pleasant experience. Last night I went into this location and started picking out a few dresses. It was 7:30. After picking up 7 options I was asked if I would be paying cash or credit. Now its 7:45 and the girl told me the dressing rooms were closed. Why on earth would a store stay open til 8 but not allow their customers to try on items. I have worked in many retail stores before and we always stayed AFTER store closing to finish up any last minute runs. The girls were RUDE and know absolutely NOTHING about customer service. I would have easily spent $300 if they would have just let me try on the clothes. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!

After having shopped at the Manhasset and Melville stores I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience in Levittown. Clothes may be the same but the customer service was very bad. I arrived an hour before closing and found items to try on. Midway of trying on a sales person comes in to say the dressing room was closing. I continued to try on the clothes yet felt rushed since she kept on coming in and announcing that the customers needed to hurry. It was 7:45 and store was closing at 8. Two minutes later we are told that the registers are closing. I asked if she would like that I just leave the clothes behind and not make any purchase. I got a fake smile and she left the dressing room. How about this for the future...close your dressing room 15 minutes prior to store closing hours but do not rush the customers already in there. Do not threaten us with register closings. Treat us with value. Our spending keeps you employed! Will not go back.
