The Mission of South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc is to provide comprehensive community-oriented primary health care to the residents of the western South Plains, in a manner that is linguistically, culturally, and financially accessible. VISION STATEMENT South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc vision is to provide a broad spectrum of high quality health care services within our means to all members of the communities we serve, in cooperation with all other providers in our area.
