Great customer service and all employees were congenial. I've used their services a number of times and I have always been satisfied with the repairs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I took my car in for service. JV quoted me $75 diagnostic fee, which would be applied to any repair. Post exam JV told me it was a transmission problem and to take it to a transmission specialist, which I did. Transmission guy fixed my problem with half a bottle of Lucas oil for $50. Then he pointed out a bad harmonic balancer and soft radiator hose and said I should take it back to JV. I explained to JV, asking if the $75 previously paid could be credited to the replacement of the balancer and hose. JV took offense and said they wouldn't take my car because "if I got a flat tire I would say it was JV's fault." I was warned previous about their service but they are the only mech in town. shady business.

I've taken my 2001 Buick GS to dealers for the past 10 years. When I moved out to the lakes area choices were much more limited. In fact the Buick dealer in Santa Clarita has awful service ratings. I'm very impressed so far on 2 visits. One for a bad wheel bearing that took them several hours to find (and didn't charge me for) and another for a leaky oil pan gasket. They had a standard 3 month warranty on their work and I asked them if they'd honor what Buick did, 1 year and they agree ! How can you go wrong. I love this place and recommend it highly =)
