They are much more helpful and courteous than the average gas station

Owner stated as a certified emissions repair facility that his shop had successfully fixed my emissions problem. He did not - problem recurred as soon as the OBD reset after 75 miles of driving. I am out $236.17 that he refuses to refund. He also refuses to fix the problem so car works properly. He tried to get out of giving me repair forms - said they were in my car, they weren't, then gave them to me unsigned, I had to make him sign them. He refused to give me a letter of unrepairability for the registry and lied to me stating there is no such thing and also lied by saying that there is no waiver based on costs incurred although there is if the problem is not related to catalytic converter or engine misfire (my problem was not). He talked to me briefly, then hid in the shop and sent his underlings out to relay messages to me and would not deal with me. I wasted hundreds of dollars and got nothing in return. My car's problem is not fixed. This shop is very shady.
