I would absolutely NOT recommend Leominster Credit Union to even my worst enemy. The service is AWFUL. I have had my loan account with your institution for 2 months and somehow both of my payments have been lost...Weird! All the other bills I mailed out at the same time have reached their destination. If I didn't work at a bank and check my account every day, and waited for my statements to come like most people, I would have been late for both payments. I have never been late on anything in my life and it is totally unacceptable that I would have been late because of incompetent people at LCU. FYI make sure the call is actually disconnected before you make rude comments about the customer. I can not wait to refinance my loan with someone else!

We have been members of Leominster Credit Union for over 10 years now. At first we chose them simply because they were in the town next to us. After years of consistent banking with them, I have to say we have overall been pleased. We like the "member express phone line" that they have. You can check your balance, transfer funds and check for your checks to clear very easily. My favorite option is the online banking they offer. I can see clearly my statements, transactions and loan information at the click of the mouse. My sister and I have common stories when we discuss this bank. They make you feel like you are more than a number. The tellers are very nice, professional,pleasant and have been very helpful if I have ever had questions. Where I live, the locations are convenient. They have give us good rates on our personal loans and we have enjoyed the overdraft protection that they offer.
