I received the worst service ever today at the Friendlys in Leominster. We Arrived and Male worker shared that someone would be out to seat us Ina minute. Six mins later we found a seat our selves. Three servers over the next 9 mins looked at us as waited for assistance. Others also who came in after us also sat down. Another five mins go by and we watch servers clear tables not acknowledging us at all. We believe the shift supervisor saw a young family waiting and brought them to a table. It was then that with our hopes to celebrate our friends birthday at his favorite ice cream place that we made a decision to leave. Angry and hurt we left with no one even recognizing we were doing so. Too busy to notice that customers who go to your establishment were out the door.
