Good dentist and hygienist -- both good with kids, however there were questionable office policies and the customer service demonstrated by certain office personnel was beyond horrible for the following reasons:1) Failure to disclose office policies regarding first time visit resulted in lost patient time and unnecessary pre-medication.2) If you fail to give 48 or more hours notice of a cancellation, then they will bill you and threaten to drop you as a patient.3) The office manager became unprofessional and began to argue when confronted with customer complaints.4) Bad accounting practices resulted in incorrect billing, and then while the bill was being investigated by the patient they threatened collection action for unpaid balance.Beware of this practice!!
