Founded in 1979, COBYS Family Services is a Christian agency that offers a range of social services. The agency is affiliated with the Atlantic Northeast District of the Church of the Brethren. Headquartered in Oregon Mill, Pa., it offers adoption and foster care services. COBYS Family Services adoption program is affiliated with the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network.
