Total Rip off! I own Brereton Manor Personal Care Home. The owner charged $150 for a proposal and never delivered. He refused to return voice messages. When confronted at a trade show he promised to reimburse me for his lack of work and again never delivered. When reported to the BBB, he refused to cooperate.
