When our company had to go out and by a copier, the one thing that we were looking for in our purchase was great customer service. There is nothing more frustrating in an office that when your copier has a jam at the wrong time. We decided to purchase from Unisource Document Products and we were not let down! Our copier is simple to operate and runs smoothly. Whenever we have had an issue Unisource was there to help us. I have never had a problem with them and I dont see any issues in the future. I will always choose Unisource for my office products.
I have worked with many IT and print companies throughout my career. I can honestly say that it has been a privilege to work with UDP. They are a relationship-oriented company that shows a genuine interest in our companys well being. One great service of theirs that we really enjoy is their managed print service. They also provide us with reliable office printers and copiers. Undoubtedly, a stand out organization with products to match!
I am a small business owner in the Kansas City area and I was looking to buy office equipment. I decided to give them a call and see how they could help me out. I have to be honest, I do not know that much about copiers and printers, but their sales team helped explain everything to me in a clear and honest way. They pointed me towards a multi function printer that allowed our business to print, copy, fax, and scan with one machine. This was such a great way for us to save on space and money. Unisource Document Products was able to provide us with a quality machine and they are still willing to help me whenever I have a question! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my office products!!!!
