Went there at 1:30pm...during their business hours, no one was around after I went through and paid and drove right up to the door to get my car washed. I was literally chained/trapped in there...had to unchain (in the freezing cold) this chain link as that was the only way to drive out of there since the car wash wasn't letting me through and clearly I couldn't back up through the entrance.



Called immediately to complain and was told "oh I was here I was just busy fixing something." WHAT?!??



The 1 star is for the lady in accounting that refunded my money for this whole mess. The refund hasn't gone through however and I also asked for the manager to call me back, NOPE..never received a call. Don't waste your time here, go to one of the competitors.

This was wonderful. Finally came out of a auto car wash and my car is clean. Also the free vacuum service was wonderful..
