• Demolition
  This project for the city of Ada, Oklahoma included the demolition of an existing pool and bathhouse. The new aquatic center includes a 6 lane, 25 meter lap pool, zero depth entry, lazy river/current channel, spray features, toddler play area, shallow play area, a 17 foot open water slide, 17 foot enclosed waterslide, a drop slide, 3 meter diving platform and spring board diving.

  Project also included the construction of a bathhouse with restrooms, offices, first aid station, concessions, storage and mechanical rooms. A separate building houses the chemical room, backwash pit, surge pit, electrical and filter rooms. Both buildings feature a beautiful stone façade. Also included in the project were site improvements; parking lot, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, site utilities and landscaping.

  This $3.5 million renovation included weather proofing, siding, windows and roofing replacement and repairs for 27 units at The Lofts at Park Place and 150 units at The Residences at Park Place. The work was expanded to include a new exterior coating for all 3 buildings, siding and window renovation and a complete renovation of the pool cabana. The work was coordinated around occupied units with minimal disruption.
