      I have used MSCU for 30years. For car loans, mortgages, and all my banking needs. NEVER had anything but super friendly and great personal service in Olathe, Lenexa or Shawnee Mission satellite. Only the few exceptions will cause some bother to post online...Most of their customers recommend this bank.

      Sallie and the Mortgage Loan group work really hard to deliver great customer service! I haven't dealt with the Cashiers.

      This bank will cause a hard hit to your credit. It is posted on the walls in fine print in every branch but not disclosed. I opened a checking and savings account. Did not apply for any line of credit. I was told by the branch manager it was to verify your identity, however the main office stated it is to verify if you have any history of bankruptcy. I have four bank accounts and have never had a hard credit hit outside of four mortgages and lines of credit. I had an 804 credit score that dropped to 796 as this was my 5th hard hit in two years (2 mortgages and a new car). I do not recommend this bank, and will ensure all friends and family are aware of this practice.

      I've been banking there for over 40 years. Excellent service. Very accommodating. Once had billfold stolen, they bent over backwards to get me going again..
