Drugs are not delivered on time, 2 times out of 4 they were day late or not shipped at all. when we called to find out why - gave us bunch of excuses: rx verifications needed, FedEx's fault, your doctor's fault, your fault b/c you didn't call to confirm,,,,blah, blah blah... in a mean time you sit at home and suffer without meds. While you could have called a more reliable company or went to the hospital/transfusion center to get your transfusion. final point: if you want a reliable, timely and honest service without bunch of excuses call someone else.
