I stopped in at Qualitech today for the first and last time. The older gentleman behind the desk took 10 minutes to acknowledge me and then proceeded to be rude and dismissive. I was looking to make a purchase but changed my mind as soon as I got a taste of their service. By the looks of the shop and their prices, I am happy I didn't stick around. Avoid them if you can, there are plenty of better places around that will treat you right.
