The office staff treated me as a new patient terrible. I would hate to see how they treat their returning patients. Management should read from this site and many others the common theme of complaints is not with the doctors but the staff. That needs to be addressed immediately. If you care about your patients, record the phone calls your staff makes and listen to them. You would be disgusted as I was when I tried to interact with them.

I would never go back to this office. the employees do not care about patients. it was the worst experience I have ever had with an office and they could care less. I confirmed my appointment 2 days early, I took a bus and walked well over a mile to get to this office, I show up and they moved my appointment without calling me, then they were unwilling to see me and wanted to me come back next week. unacceptable that's why I called to confirm early. they didn't care I took a bus and walked to get there.
