- Emergency CareJoining Partners in Women's Healthcare in the Fall of 2022! Jessica received her Bachelor and Master of Nursing degrees from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. During her time in Chicago, and later in the Philadelphia area, she served as a nurse in antepartum, postpartum, and OB triage units. Jessica's experience as a nurse instilled an appreciation for the privilege, challenge, and joy of working to improve health outcomes for women and their families. Prior to joining Partners in Women's Healthcare, Jessica worked as a nurse practitioner in an urgent care setting for seven years, serving a diverse patient population of all ages and with a variety of health needs.
- Urinary IncontinenceOur practice consists of seven physicians, three certified nurse midwives, and four certified nurse practitioners. We offer a broad range of obstetric and gynecological services. Our care encompasses all of the issues important to women in every stage of their life. Our services include routine and high risk obstetrics, teen/adolescent care, menopausal management issues, treatment of urinary incontinence, surgical correction of pelvic organ prolapse/pelvic floor relaxation, abnormal menstrual and post menopausal bleeding, and cosmetic gynecology. Of course, this just covers a sampling of some of the most common problems we encounter and treat. All of our physicians are trained and skilled in the most up-to-date minimally invasive surgical procedures: daVinci robotic assisted surgery, advanced laparoscopic surgery, advanced hysteroscopic surgery, and vaginal surgery. - GynecologyDr. delRosario has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Chemistry and Psychology from Dickinson College. He received a Master's in Medical Biochemistry and Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degrees from Hahnemann University. He has a Master's Degree in Legal studies: healthcare law from the University of Oklahoma. He also completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Our Physicians are Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and collectively they have 160 years of service in the community.
- EndometriosisHe has co-authored published research investigating various endometrial ablation devices. His other clinical interests include treatment of endometriosis or pelvic pain, problems of pelvic floor support, menopausal management, and advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

- Labor and DeliveryDanielle has always had a passion for nursing and the Women’s Health and Labor and Delivery field. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Penn State University in 2015. She worked in Labor and Delivery at Harrisburg Hospital for 6 years. Then, Danielle continued her education and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in 2021. She is certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.
- Mental HealthPlease make certain the form is completed in its entirety with special attention made to authorizing the release of information regarding the four specially protected areas: substance abuse, mental health, HIV and sexual abuse. In order for this authorization to be valid, the patient’s signature must be witnessed.

- UltrasoundTwo tiny incisions are made that allow the physician to treat your fibroids. Using a small scope and ultrasound guidance, the surgeon treats each fibroid individually with radiofrequency energy that is specifically controlled to destroy the fibroid and leave the surrounding tissue unharmed.

- Minimally Invasive SurgeryHer professional interests include obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, operative hysteroscopy, and providing compassionate, non-judgmental care to adolescent and LGBTQ patients.
- Robotic SurgeryDr. Powell is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Cumberland County Medical Society. Her special interests include minimally invasive and robotic surgery, as well as general and high-risk obstetrics.
- HysterectomyThe Acessa Procedure is a minimally invasive, same-day, outpatient procedure that shrinks or completely eliminates fibroids. With this laparoscopic procedure there is a rapid and significant reduction in symptoms, and recovery is fast. You can return to normal activities and enjoy a greatly improved quality of life, without undergoing a hysterectomy. And, with the Acessa Procedure there is a very low need for further treatment.
