Im sure most if not all of the homeowners in our HOA are ecstatic that we dont have to deal with this organization anymore. The owner is Jennifer Senffner and her business acumen is very poor.She is rude and condescending. Getting maintenance requests completed was a complete nightmare. She always acted confrontational and made us feel like she was being disturbed when we called her to make an inquiry about something.

This company seems to care not only about the association but about the owners too. It is very rare to find a property manager who listens and responds to owners concerns, Classic seems too!!!
