Very genuine, listened to why my truck was towed, answered all my questions, and after I told them how my apartment managers towed resident vehicles with no professional procedural notices and time to comply with vehicle requirements, MR gave me $50 off my tow fee! There are few , if not just one tow company that still embraces the human element. Above reproach, I was actually happy I had an opportunity to experience a local business that goes beyond gaming revenue.....authentic customer service and willingness to give rather than only take.
