I was asked to work for the company (Tyrone) for labor and adviser for an above ground pool installation. Tyrone seems like an kind individual at first but turned out to be a penny pinching individual who couldn't follow simple instructions. He was told in advance what equipment and manpower would be necessary. Our start time was supposed to be 8:30. We arrived at 9:00... He said he was on his way. An hour later he said he was 15 minutes away (10:30ish). However, Tyrone and his worker didn't arrive until 11:30 with only a wheelbarrow and shovels, and mostly none of the required equipment for the job. He repeatedly stated "I have someone else on the way with sand (for leveling the pool bottom) and the sod cutter". After an hour he went out for 45 minutes for soda and a tiller... Apparently not comprehending that the tiller was nearly a useless tool for flattening a surface for a pool, but he insisted we give it a try. After 2 hours of backbreaking work and going nowhere we agreed to an hour break at 2pm which Tyrone stated "I'm going to spend my lunch hour getting the proper equipment". We saw his truck at a sit-in restaurant 10 minutes after he gave that statement... After the hour was up we made our way back to the work site and attempted to contact him with no chance except a text back saying "i'll be a minute im getting the equipment for tomorrow". My co-worker and I decided that this was enough procrastinating and we would just head back without compensation for our time and work.

This is everything I witnessed. I would suggest to find a different contractor.
