I have been so many tobacco shop but this tobacco shop is the best I seen so far.customer service is good owner is halpfull.

I had been purchasing my tobacco & cigarette tubes from here for some time and would purchase at least once a week tobacco, tubes, etc. I even went so far as to spend over $100 on an electric cigarette rolling machine. Well, a few days ago I purchased a bag of tobacco and upon using it, discovered it was old and stale. Crumbles to dust at the touch and the cigarette burned up almost instantly. Could only get maybe 2-3 drags off a cig and it was gone. So I went in today to talk to the owner and told him the problem. He pretty much told me it's my problem and there's nothing he can do because the bag was open. Not that I was expecting a free bag of tobacco, but I'm a regular customer and figured he would do SOMETHING, maybe knock a few bucks off my next bag. Nothing. No offer of anything either. In fact, he rolled a cigarette for himself out of the bag I brought back, and then tried to insist the tobacco isn't stale. Hey, I didn't start smoking last night.....I can tell when tobacco is stale, especially when it crumbles to dust while you're trying to roll a smoke. I'm a small business owner myself, and if one of my regular customers came in with a problem with something I sold him, I'd do my best to try to make the customer happy. Not the case here. I grabbed the tobacco and walked out and all he could do was yell "sorry" after me. You can rest assured that I will tell EVERY smoker that I know, and any smoker that walks in my shop door, not to patronize this store.

Don't waste your time with this place. I purchased a bag of cigarette tobacco a few days ago and just opened it yesterday. The tobacco was so old and stale, I believe it was the same bag the pilgrims smoked while on the mayflower. Tried to return it and nothing could be done because it was opened. How can you tell it's stale by looking thru the bag? They must be getting extremely old stock. Steer clear of this place unless you don't mind getting only three drags off your cigarette as they burn up so fast. I would'nt recommend this place to anybody.
