Duane Moyer drilled my well 27 years ago. So when my pump went bad I called them as I wanted to ensure thy had all the capabilities for me to get my water back. Diana was able to look up my records and gave me an accurate quote for the job I wanted, replace pump and also the pressure tank. The crew was great coming day / time as requested. They explained the job to me as it progressed. Highly recommended.

I found that Duane Moyer Inc. was quick to find the problem, with kind and friendly workers. I would recommend them to anybody .

Moyer will drilling is unskilled and dishonest. They were called to my father-in-law's house to fix a problem with low water pressure upstairs. They changed the pressure tank and walked out the door with a $600 check (they sell the tank in their store for $225, but charged him $500 for it), and never even bothered to verify that the problem was fixed. They didn't do one thing to fix the problem. They claim that the tank was bad, but I had tested the drawdown on it the day before. It had a drawdown capacity of over 8 gallons, and the spec is 10, so it was still operating at over 80% capacity. After I called and complained to the owner, they refunded him $100. So it cost $500 to have them fix something that wasn't even broken. By the way, they openly admitted to me that they had made no effort to diagnose the problem. I went over later myself, and in about 10 minutes found a clogged pipe elsewhere. Save your money and call a plumber that you can trust!
