Employees compound rudeness with monumental ignorance about their own business. This makes for a rather "exciting" rental experience. Read the lease carefully. It specifically excludes them from most responsibilities and their attitude is odious at best. No yard service, no pest service, very slow repairs, assuming you dont mind bugging them for a few weeks and wading thru their implications that *YOU* are the problem for actually complaining that the Air Conditioning doesnt work. They are fine with your A/C not working in 100F+ weather and rude when you persist reporting the problem. If you have to buy window units to actually cool a house advertised with Central A/C. In their view, its the tenants responsibility to buy the units, AND pay for the electricity their constant use will require. Their lease requires tenants to have all carpeting professionally cleaned before moving which is rich considering their attitude on repairs.
