I have never written a review for a taxi company before but I definitely received world class service from this company. You should know that I lived in Montgomery county for 5 years and had numerous bad experiences with the taxi companies there. I tried them all and many times they showed up late or not at all. Dulles express cab showed up early, sent me a very professional text that they were there and offered me a bottle of water once they made sure I was comfortable in the car. This was particularly impressive because my pickup time was 5am. Thank you Dulles express cab!! Yes world class service does matter and is noticed and appreciated.
