      I took my truck to Best Buy for a car starter installation and they bent my hood up on the front left corner about 1/4in. When I pointed it out, the installer pretended the car came in like that. Then when I opened the hood, the installer had left a tool inside, under the hood. A really poor installation job was evident, since much of the molding was also loose and a molding clip was missing. The installer denied the damage saying that I couldn't prove he did it. I showed the manager the truck and told him the story and he wrote up an insurance claim. The insurance never called me and I fixed the damage on my own. Best Buy has decent prices, but I will never have anything installed by them again.
