I recently purchased a new heat pump and new ducts from Suter. The installers were great and worked for hours in the heat. Over this past weekend the new breaker was flipping off. Suter was there first thing Monday morning and replaced the breaker, as well as doing cosmetic work on the duct cover. This tech was also excellent. I could not be happier and highly recommend Suter AC.

This is the second time they have helped us over the last couple of years. The first visit was after a competitor had told me I needed to replace the unit. They found a minor problem and I was up and running. This time again was a minor problem that was resolved in less than an hour. I feel they are honest and will do a great job. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

My older heat pump had stopped air conditioning the house of course during heat wave and was 90s in my home for several days .I called Suter and they sent someone who checked air handler and saw ice then cleaned outside unit which also had froze up , charged me 140.00 and said the refrigerant for my system was very expensive and wrote me quote for new 5100.00 unit which I said didn't really have money for. Called someone else and unit was welded where had leak , was charged 1/2 amount for refrigerant and is now working for about $150.00 more than paid Suter. They just want to replace parts or system not fix what you have . My system was up and running in 2 1/2 hrs,thanks to someone else Suter wasted my day off work and 2 hours and $140.00. Thanks Suter called to talk to manager but they didn't call back.

I had Suter Air Conditioning at my home today to service my air conditioner. The service man was very courteous, and efficient. I always feel I am getting an honest job with Suter. I have heard horror stories from friends when additional, and maybe unnecessary, work was done by other companies. thank you.

I can not say enough about Suter! We purchased a second home in Leesburg to be near my hubby's 92 years young dad. We visit about every two months or so. This visit we found our ac to be not working correctly. We called Suter because the former owners had taped the instructions to use the ac below the controls with the company name on it! Within 15 min of our call they sent a tech who found that ac fan had died. A new fan motor would have been $1000 just for parts! To make a long story short.. Suter honored the warranty from the last owners and we ended up paying only labor to install the fan motor! Additionally, the fellow had our ac up and running in under three hours from the time I placed the call to their office. Excellent company, honest service! thank you Suter!

John and Charles are the most honest tradesmen I have ever dealt with ..I had a small problem, they first tried to help me fix it with my phone call, unable to do this, John sent Charles out to see the problem..
