Awful. Took 3 weeks to hem my wedding dress and have it pressed. Picked it up and it was wrinkled. They said they couldn't press it. But never bothered to call me to tell me to make other arrangements a week before my wedding. But the WORST part was the hem. She said it was a rolled hem but it was awful. It wasn't straight, the fabric was pulled and it was DIRTY in multiple places. When I spoke with her, she said she could fix it but why would I trust her if she couldn't get it right the first time and in 3 weeks. She refused to give a refund. I went else where to get it fixed AND cleaned!!! awful awful awful!!!!
