ABOUT PAST MEMORIES...We are a partnership with over 35 years of combined experience specializing in moving and estate sales. We have a professional staff that sets up, researches, prices and tags all items, as well as staffing the sale. With our low commission, we offer the seller maximum value for minimum & cost. SERVICES WE PROVIDE:& Research items to be sold to determine the fair market value. Price, stage and tag all items to be sold.&;Obtain City licenses and applicable permits. Provide liability insurance. Update our website with detailed description and pictures.&;Advertise in Kansas City Star, Estatesales.net, our website, and Craigslist, and local& paper (optional).&;We Maintain an extensive subscribers email list;that is used to notify prospective customers of the sale.& Place directional estate sale signs throughout the area. Provide professional staff during set up and during sale. Provide names of charities (optional) for clean out. (Please note, charities do not take hazardous materials, building materials such as wood. The removal of these items is the responsibility of the owner) Within 14 days after the sale, we will provide the seller with sales receipt and proceeds from the sale. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Past Memories accepts cash and checks. Past Memories does not provide movers or packers.& All items must be removed from premises by end of sale. Past Memories is not responsible for any accidents, liabilities, or claims.&
