I owned my boots for 63 days. The leather soles wore away and allowed the stitching to let go. Sad to find out Tony Lamas Mexican leather has gotten that bad, but, even sadder to find out Chucks Boots has discarded their customer service. The fat girl who claims her family owns the store said this is normal wear-n-tare she went on to say she wears out leather soles in 6 months just walking around on the carpet in the store. My boots still look like new, so, I will pay to get them half soled and expect to get a year of wear out of them just like I have in the past. The next boots I buy will not be at a store run by kids with no integrity.
