Although the staff is wonderful and I love their curriculum, if you are going to send you child to one of the Child Prodigy locations, choose the south location. For the same weekly rate, they offer better activities, nicer playground equipment and have more than one bus that allows more children to attend activities. Also, take note that they close their locations during inclement weather, and still expect payment for those days. Be prepared to take days off during the winter.

I do not recommend Child Prodigy North. My child's clothes were stained black from the rubber tire playground, which does not wash out. She was "stuck" outside in the 100 degree heat in the afternoon's. The director Gretchen is not interested in your child or your concerns for your child, she is mainly stuck on herself. There are too many children in one facility. The front playground has no shade from the sun at all. My child had to play in the front playground with no shade no water, until I complained, after my child was sick from the heat one afternoon. I asked that she stay in the a/c in the afternoon, that lasted for one week. The reason was, they did not have the staff to watch her inside the building. For the money I paid weekly, the money I spent on replacing her clothing because her clothes and shoes had turned black from the rubber playground, it is not worth it. I have interacted with excellent daycares, with excellent directors, this is most definitely not one of them.

I highly recommend this daycare to anyone seeking care for Infants or Pre-schoolers. The extensive programs are wonderful. The individual care my children receive is wonderful. Great staff that are involved and never just sitting around talking, as some people at other daycare locations in LS do.
