Our expert clinicians use research-backed methods like exposure therapy for anxiety, ERP for OCD, CBTn for nightmares, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma/PTSD to help clients overcome challenging mental health issues. We also offer counseling services in Spanish with one native Spanish-speaking therapist on our team.
