My sister recently purchased a hedgehog for her boyfriend's birthday from Friend Lee Pets. Unfortunately, the critter passed away about a week later. My sister returned to the store, and was remembered instantly, and was asked how the hedgehog was doing. She sadly reported that he had died, and whoever was working without question refunded her $200. I was ecstatic to hear how understanding and fair she was treated. I highly recommend this store based on these business practices. I will certainly be returning for all of my pets' needs!
