My friends had H.E. Smith to put in their air conditioner about 5yrs ago and have had no problems with it and great service, so I called them out to look at my old unit and they gave me great service. I end up having to get a new unit and i am very pleased with the work they had done. Had another company out and they had heat on cool and cool on heat. Call H.E. Smith out and they fixed it. I will never use anyone else but H.E. Smith.
Sales pitch was impressive, that was the only thing. Difficult and rude to work with. Short cuts taken lead to numerous unresolved issues. BTW, Trane does not stand behind their customers with dealer problems. Avoid at all cost.
