Lebanon Copart is the worst Copart there is!If the district or corporate do not hire new staff and operate this location like the others, they are going to cause customers to buy out of state or Manheim and IAA.Carriers, Brokers and shippers are advising there customers to not buy from Lebanon Copart! Lebanon Copart location is representing Copart in a negative way!

I agree!I advise all customers to shop at Manheim in Mount Juliet or IAA Nashville.Copart in Lebanon is horrible!

The Copart in Lebanon TN is horrible and the worst Copart ever for customers & carriers! Majority of the carriers hate going here because ALL of the workers don't want to work. The forklift driver/ operators make carriers wait 2-3 hours to load, Office staff act if they don't wAnt to be there, the manager cannot manage himself or the staff. They changes rules on the spur of the moment. IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, THEN THEY SHOULD QUIT!!!I WILL be complaining to an overhead that's over the different Copart locations. Someone in authority over this location needs to put a camera to wAtch the lazy forklift operators do NOTHING, and office staff at work. The staff tell lies to carriers, customers, shippers and brokers so they won't lose customers. This location is going to lose customers then they will be no work for the staff. If the staff want their jobs then they should come to work and work as they applied for the job. NO CUSTOMERS, NO JOB FOR THE STAFF!!!
