I had a 4pm appointment. I was called back at 4:45, saw doctor at 4:52, was done by 5:08. I asked if there would be a discount for waiting so long and for having to cancle another appointment. They refused to try in any way to correct this and were very insistive about me paying full price. So the $85.00 fee ment more to them than my returning service. I was with them for two years and today will be my last visit becaus of this issue.
