I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of floral detail that I was anticipating for my wedding day. I purposely had my wedding in the May/June timeframe so that my reception could be overflowing with peonies and imagine my disappointment when I walked into the reception to see gerbera daisies instead. In fact- the tall centerpieces had silk flowers from the Cedar Crest prom in them that had taken place just a few short weeks prior to my wedding. Silk flowers were NEVER discussed at any meeting. There were a lot of details that were discussed and on my contract that were missed that day. For two years I was hyped up to believe I would have a beautiful isle to walk down to, however nothing was done due to the time restraint from the other weddings occurring on that same day. My photographer was unable to take any pictures of the girls prior to the ceremony because we had no bouquets as the flowers were late in getting to the church. As we have tried multiple times to address all of these concerns, we are getting nothing but the runaround. I've been advised for the third time I'll be getting a partial refund, but no such luck yet. While I've tried taking different professional routes to try to obtain this money, we've been called psychotic stalkers. I was told "I'll get the money to you, when I get the money to you." That is unacceptable from a business standpoint. The lack of customer service and professionalism that we were provided does enough for me to advise anyone who need flowers, to look elsewhere!!

Terrible customer service and value. Blue heron flowers did not follow the contractual obligations set forth almost two years in advance. When hiring a florist for a wedding you expect the personalization for your special day and for the company to hold up to the contract. The company used silk flowers and the incorrect type of flowers. When you pay thousands for real flowers and a type of flower to be used on your wedding, you expect those basic contract line items to be followed. The day of the wedding the employees were extremely unprofessional. They were late, rude, and very rushed. Due to their lateness most pre-ceremony pictures were cut out. After the wedding we expressed our concerns, no apologies and no partial refund received. This has left us with a terrible experience and a huge unjustified expense. We now have retained council to handle the contractual breach for us. Wedding days can not be redone or relived. Buyer Beware
