Eyecare Associates is a full scope optometry and ophthalmology practice that offer both medical and vision exams. We provide services for all eye needs including: Lasik, cataract surgery, eye glass prescriptions, contact lens prescriptions and fitting, eye infections and more. Our Ophthalmologists, Bruce W. Madsen, MD, Spencer E. Ludlow, MD and John G. Dodd, MD are eager to serve the Lebanon and surrounding communities.
