They were super easy to work with & a really fast turn around time.
I had an extremely wonderful experience in The UPS Store today, Excellent customer service and the ladies went above and beyond helping me ship my packages.
This place is a joke. Went there a few weeks ago and it was $77 to ship 2 small boxes and 2 envelopes. Stopped in today and they wanted $54 for 3 24x24 boxes. I had to laugh in the lady's face and ask if she was serious !! Will not be back.
I have delt with this store for several years. Recently I shipped an overnight package to customer who needed the product for a dated event. The package did not arrive on time. When I inquired about it I was told it would take up to 8 days to track it. After waiting over 10 days, When I called the store. I was told the package had been lost and had been delivered. My customer was upset with me and asked for a refund of the product.
I asked UPS to assist in this and was told they had to apply to corporate and request it. After waiting over 30 days, having left messages for the owner that were not returned, I was told all they could do was refund the cost of the overnight shiping and that I could wright the loss off on my taxes. WOW, great solution. I have an upset customer, products that cannot be used, and that is the answer. How UnProfessionalService.
